Creamy Potato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium red bliss potatoes
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. minced onion
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 small can evaporated milk
    homogenized milk for consistency
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel, cut and boil potatoes in water until soft.
    Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add margarine and minced onion. Mash well.
    Add half of evaporated milk.
    Beat well.
    Add well beaten egg.
    Beat.
    Add remaining evaporated milk.
    Whip until creamy and fluffy.
    Using
    potato
    shaped
    individual
    tinfoil pans, fill each
    with\tpotatoes
    and top with cheese.\tSprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese
    is slightly brown.\tI serve these with grilled steaks or barbecue
    chicken.\tThey are a family favorite.
