Sweet Lime Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. cucumbers, sliced
    3 c. hydrated lime per 2 gal. water
Preparation
    Soak cucumbers in lime water for 24 hours.
    Stir often; drain. Soak
    in
    cold
    water for 4 hours.
    Change water every hour until all the lime is gone.
