Cabbage Rolls(Malfoof) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage (medium head)
    1 c. rice, washed and drained
    1 c. beef or lamb, ground
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato paste
    water
Preparation
    Core and parboil cabbage until limp.
    Cut leaves in half, removing the ribs.
    Set oven at 400\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except cabbage leaves, tomato paste and water.
    Place a heaping tablespoonful of the filling in a leaf lengthwise.
    Fold the outside edges 1/2 inch towards center and roll.
    Arrange in a casserole dish or small roaster.
