Mom'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark syrup
3 c. finely chopped pecans
1 unbaked 10-inch pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs; blend in melted butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup.
Sprinkle some nuts on bottom of unbaked crust.
Mix the rest in with the syrup mixture.
Gently pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in a hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes longer.
Cool.
