Oatmeal Crunch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. oats

Preparation

Mix together and roll in balls.
Dip top of cookies in sugar. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until nicely brown.
