Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornbread mix
    3 c. zucchini, peeled and cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1/3 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine cornbread mix with other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a
    greased
    Pyrex dish and cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is puffy and light brown.
