1 c. cornbread mix
3 c. zucchini, peeled and cooked
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Combine cornbread mix with other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a
