Texas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Bring water, oleo and cocoa to a boil, stirring to prevent lumps.
Cool slightly, then pour over flour, sugar, salt and soda that have been sifted together.
Combine eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Add to chocolate mixture and mix well.
Bake in an 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
