Barbecue Pork In Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    6 (1/4-inch) pork sirloin cutlets
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 hamburger buns
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Twenty minutes before serving, in a 12-inch skillet over medium high heat, in hot salad oil, cook pork until well browned, turning once.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    With tongs, place cutlets in buns.
    Keep warm.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Into drippings in skillet, stir ketchup, molasses and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Spoon some sauce over meat in each bun.
    Makes 6 servings.
