Spinach Lasagne Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 lb. spinach
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil and drain spinach well; put through blender.
    Make flour into mound on table and scoop out a well.
    Place strained, blended spinach, eggs and salt into well of flour.
    Work into flour.
    Knead thoroughly.
    If necessary, add more flour.
    Divide kneaded dough into 2 parts and roll out very thin.
    Stretch dough on clean dry towels.
    Let dry 1 hour.
    Fold each sheet and cut across dough into lasagne noodles.
    Can use regular filling on noodles, boiled very slightly.
