Eggplant Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. coarse (kosher) salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. no-salt spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Layer in baking dish:
    eggplant, sauce and cheese.
    Take milk and flour, make into a white sauce and pour on top.
    End with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
