Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can corn drained
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small onion finely chopped
    2/3 c. pickled jalapeno slices drained
    2/3 c. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt the butter, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is done.
    Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the jalapenos and stir into the corn mixture.
    Stir in the cream cheese.
    Cook over low heat until the cream cheese has melted and the corn kernels are coated in the mixture.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
