Toffee - Microwave - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. real butter *
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt *
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. almonds
4 oz. Hershey chocolate bar
Preparation

Rub top of bowl with butter.
Place butter in bowl.
Pour sugar on butter.
Add salt and water.
Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Don't stir.
Do not overcook.
Done when it gets a light brown toffee color.
Pour over almonds that have been spread on small buttered cookie sheet.
Cool.
Melt chocolate bar in microwave. Spread on candy.
Sprinkle crushed almonds on top of chocolate. Cool.
