Baked Chili Relleno - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced or chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put peppers in 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
Cover with grated cheese.
Beat eggs; add flour, milk and salt.
Pour over cheese. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 until custard sets.
