Tropical Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. dried rubbed sage
    6 c. salad greens
    1 papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 (6 oz.) basket raspberries
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
    1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place chicken in baking pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake through until cooked, about 20 minutes.
    Cool chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
