Butterfinger Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
4 egg yolks
2 c. powdered sugar
2 small containers Cool Whip
1 angel food cake, torn into small pieces
4 large Butterfingers, crushed
Preparation

Before making sauce, break cake into small pieces and put on bottom of pan or Pyrex dish.
Melt butter; let cool.
Mix butter with egg yolks, powdered sugar and Cool Whip (1 small).
Pour sauce over cake layer (on bottom of pan).
Layer crushed Butterfingers over sauce layer.
Top with Cool Whip (1 small).
Seal edges.
Can add shaven chocolate, if desired.
Serves approximately 15 to 20. Preparation Time:
20 to 25 minutes.
