Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
3 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
baked pie shell
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Place bacon on roasting rack.
Microwave at High until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
Crumble and set aside.
Combine eggs, half and half, green onion, flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in medium bowl.
Beat with a wire whisk or electric mixer until blended.
Microwave at Medium until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened.
Put bacon in pastry shell.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put hot egg mixture over cheese.
Microwave at Medium until center is set but not dry, 16 to 25 minutes.
