Richard Ii Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 strips bacon
    1 c. cubed cooked ham
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    salt and pepper
    Tabasco sauce
    18 eggs
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. French fried onions
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk; cook until thickened.
    Add minced onion, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste.
    Set aside.
