Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. beef stock
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat.
Cook onions in margarine.
Remove from heat and add mushrooms and ketchup.
Mix flour and stock and stir into onions.
Add salt and pepper.
Heat slowly and gradually add sour cream, stirring constantly.
Pour over meat and put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
