"Salmorejo" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bar bread (French)
1 clove garlic
1 cucumber (medium size)
1 red pepper (small)
1 can natural tomatoes (2 lb.)
8 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. kitchen salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Boil the eggs (keep out).
For half an hour, soak the bread in water.
Grind the rest of the ingredients all together.
Squeeze the bread and mix with the ground ingredients.
Serve up cold and with chopped, hard-boiled eggs.
