Daddy'S Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, your evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, margarine and vanilla.
This should take about 10 to 12 minutes.
Then add coconut and pecans; beat until thick enough to spread.
