Ingredients

1 lb. graham crackers
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine rolled and fine crumbed graham crackers, sugar, baking powder, salt and raisins. Add vanilla and milk with beaten eggs. Add the dry ingredients.
Dates and nuts may be substituted for the raisins.
Pour batter into an 11 x 7-inch pan that has been lightly buttered. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
