Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 onion, grated
    1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese cubes
    1 rib celery, grated
    1/2 c. flour
    1 small carrot, grated
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Put water, celery, onion, carrot and bouillon in saucepan and simmer until tender (about 10 minutes). Mix oil and flour together until smooth. Using wire whip, stir into cooked mixture. Add cheese and stir until all is melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
