Mexican Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. macaroni, cooked
2 c. tomato juice
3 c. cooked pinto beans
Preparation

In a large saucepan saute the ground beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat.
Add chili powder.
After meat is browned add all other ingredients.
Stir together and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve with cornbread muffins.
