Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chopped, stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large cucumber, chopped
    2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 or 2 Hawaiian peppers, seeded and minced
    small bunch cilantro, chopped fine
    Hawaiian rock salt to taste
    2 c. V-8 juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. wine vinegar
    garlic croutons
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes.
    Add fine chopped vegetable, garlic, Hawaiian peppers and cilantro.
    Add V-8 juice, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
    Cover and chill.
    Garnish with garlic croutons.
