Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
green or red peppers, chopped (optional)
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. finely crushed potato chips
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Chill overnight, if possible.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
