Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 to 8 pineapple slices or crushed, drained
    6 to 8 maraschino cherries, cut in half
    1 moist yellow cake mix
    drained pineapple juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple slices or crushed pineapple in pan.
    Arrange sliced cherries.
    Mix yellow cake mix according to directions, except substitute juice for water.
    Pour over pineapple.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Test with cake tester.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
