Aloha Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup margarine or butter
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    4 cups flour
    1 cup shredded coconut
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, mixing well.
    Add the mashed bananas and flour, sifted together with the baking powder, soda and salt. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Bake in two greased 9 x 5 loaf pans in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour and 10 minutes.
