Pineapple Gala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos)
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 qt. pineapple sherbet
    12 oz. whipped topping
    chopped nuts or other garnish
Preparation
    Crumb cookies and mix with butter or margarine.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan with mixture and chill an hour or more.
    Fill pan with
    2 quarts of soft sherbet.
    Top with chopped nuts or your choice of garnish.
