Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads romaine lettuce, broken in small pieces
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 garlic clove, minced
10 Tbsp. French dressing
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. bread croutons
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 coddled egg (about 1 minute)
black pepper
Preparation

Mix oil and garlic and let stand about 2 hours.
Discard the garlic.
Put the lettuce and croutons in wooden salad bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients, except cheese, and shake together well with the garlic oil.
Pour over the salad and toss. Top with Parmesan cheese.
