Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and soft cream cheese.
Add eggs and beat thoroughly.
Add lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well.
Place in 18 paper cupcake liners and put in muffin tins.
Fill with cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool completely and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Refrigerate until serving.
