Ingredients

2 c. flour
dash of salt and nutmeg
1 cube margarine, melted
6 eggs, well beaten
2 or more c. milk
Preparation

Measure out dry ingredients; add 2 cups milk and stir.
Add margarine and eggs; stir.
Add more milk until a thin consistency. Cook as normal pancakes.
They should be flat like crepes.
Serve with fruit (a berry sauce is a favorite).
Top with fruit, roll and top with powdered sugar.
