Chicken Pie In Potato Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    2 c. milk
    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes by pouring boiling water over them; drain well. Pat dry with paper towel.
    In bowl, combine potatoes and 6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.
    Press mixture in bottom and up sides of 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
