Blueberry Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 cube butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 boxes frozen blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 carton whipping cream
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour, egg and buttermilk.
    Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool.
