Broiled Carp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pinch black pepper
    2 lb. carp
    plywood
Preparation
    Mix yellow cornmeal with seasoning salt, garlic salt and black pepper.
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients in brown paper bag; shake until fish is covered well.
    Place one 9 x 12-inch piece of plywood on cookie sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, throw fish away, cut plywood into 4 pieces. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
