Quick Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans barbecue pork or beef
    2 cans Swanson chunk chicken or 2 c. cooked chicken
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can lima beans
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can Niblets corn
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 big onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and cook slowly for 30 minutes or until heated through and flavors are well blended.
    Freezes well.
