King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and cut in small chunks
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chillies
    2 c. crushed corn chips
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 can chicken soup
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam; sprinkle 1 1/2 cups crushed corn chips in the pan.
    Layer with chicken.
    Mix the tomatoes and chillies with the 2 cans of soup and onion; add 1 cup shredded cheese.
    Mix well and pour over the chicken.
    Add remaining 1/2 cup crushed corn chips over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
