Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c hot cocoa mix
3/4 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/3 c light corn syrup
1/3 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation

Combine 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil to softball stage. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 c chopped, fresh strawberries. Boil 1 min longer and remove form heat. Chill until serving time. This is good on vanilla ice cream and on strawberry shortcake.
