Shrimp And Feta Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil (can use all olive oil)
    1/2 c. white wine or vinegar
    4 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped (you do not have to seed the tomatoes)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt (not really necessary)
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Saute the onion, then add everything but the Feta and shrimp. Simmer to thicken (how long depends on you).
    Stir in crumbled cheese and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add the shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes (less is better).
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Top with parsley.
    Very easy, particularly if you find shrimp already peeled and cleaned.
    Serves 4.
