Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 large can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form into a
crust in a 10-inch buttered pie pan.
Spread cottage cheese over crust. Cook hamburger, onion and pepper. Drain.
Add tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano, salt and garlic. Simmer. Add to pie crust and cottage cheese mixture.
Cover with foil.
Let sit in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
