King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    1 diced onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
    Combine soups, tomatoes, cheese and garlic salt.
    Heat until well mixed and add to onion and pepper.
    Tear up tortillas and layer with chicken in pan (9 x 13-inch rectangular works well).
    Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
