Sour Cream Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. salmon
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1 lemon, juiced
Preparation

Place
fish in 14-inch Dutch oven, skin side down.
Rub with salt
and pepper.
Mix onion, sour cream and lemon juice. Spread on\tfish.
Bake for 30 minutes with 12 coals on the top and 10 coals on the bottom.
