Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    green pepper rings
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    flour
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix meat, salt and ginger and roll into small balls.
    Dip in egg; roll in flour.
    Fry in hot oil; remove from pan.
    Drain fat from pan.
    Drain and reserve pineapple juice.
    Add water to juice to make 1 cup liquid.
    Stir liquid into pan, scraping bottom of pan.
    Blend cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar; stir into pineapple juice.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add meatballs.
    Add pineapple chunks.
    Cover meatballs with green pepper rings; cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
