Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. romaine lettuce
    24 plain croutons
    2 garlic cloves
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 coddled egg (placed in very hot water 5 minutes)
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place garlic cloves, cut in half, in oil and let stand several hours.
    Near serving time, drizzle some garlic oil over croutons and toss lightly.
    Fifteen minutes before serving, place romaine lettuce broken into fat pieces in salad bowl.
    When ready to serve, remove garlic and drizzle oil over greens, then vinegar, lemon juice, Parmesan and seasonings.
    Break in coddled egg and roll-toss until every leaf is coated.
    Add croutons.
    Lightly toss and serve at once.
    Serves 6. Preparation time:
    1 hour.
