Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 can flaky biscuits
    1 onion
    1 can pizza sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper; drain.
    Place in bottom of 11 x 14-inch Pyrex dish.
    Pour 1 can pizza sauce over mixture.
    Put on top of this the grated Mozzarella cheese and the mild Cheddar cheese.
    Top with the biscuits, pulled apart.
    Cook in oven until brown and cheese is bubbly.
