Cucumber Complement - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 medium to large cucumbers
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except cucumbers; set aside.
Peel cucumbers. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise into 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick slices. Stack slices in manageable piles and cut entire stack at an angle into 1 1/4-inch wide pieces.
In a medium bowl, toss together cucumbers with sour cream mixture.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
