Cod With Italian Crumb Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 skinless cod fillets
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix together in shallow bowl the bread crumbs, cheese, cornmeal, oil and seasonings. Spray baking pan with no-stick spray. Dip fillets in beaten egg white and roll in crumb mixture until coated. Place in baking dish and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
