Chicken-Pork Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat of whole chicken
    1/2 lb. pork
    1 choriza de bilbao or slices of ham
    1 large onion
    2 large ripe tomatoes or 1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small pkg. raisins
    1 small pkg. frozen sweet peas
Preparation
    Grind the chicken, pork, chorizo, onion, tomatoes and bread crumbs.
    Mix thoroughly the salt, eggs, ground pepper and milk. Now add all the ingredients and mix well.
    Pack into a greased loaf pan or other Pyrex casserole.
    Steam or bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) until the loaf is firm but not too dry.
    Slice and serve.
