Dumpling Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk, water and eggs.
    Add enough flour to become biscuit-like mixture.
    Work dough hard.
    Roll dough paper thin. Cut in strips, about 1-inch thick.
