Ritz-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from chicken, dip well in Egg Beaters (defrost Egg Beaters and use while very cold), then roll or press chicken breasts in the crushed Ritz crackers.
    Place in baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    If you have cracker crumbs left, place on top of chicken.
