Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. saltine crackers, crushed (5 or 6 crackers)
Preparation

Mix cornstarch into measured Pet milk.
In bowl, mix pineapple, butter, sugar, egg and Pet milk.
Stir in cracker crumbs and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until thick.
